It's been a few years since I've done my own servicing, but just wanted to check which are generally considered to be the best spark plugs & air filter for my car?
It's a 1995 Rover 214 SEi.

NGK or bosch plugs and any air filter that fits properly
NGK BKR6E with gap set at 0.8mm
