the right rear door seems stuck, it can't be opened.

what options do i have to have this fixed? i am trying to undertake this as a diy project if possible.

A common problem - and it always seems to be this door for some reason! The door trim has to be removed in situ to gain access to the lock mechanism inside the door itself. This requires patience and a selection of screwdrivers to get into awkward spaces. First check that the wiring between the door motor and the body is loom is in good condition and not kinked and broken. Remove the plug from the motor and check with a test meter that you get 12V across the black/red and black/yellow wires when the central locking is operated. If you don't get any voltage, then there is a wiring fault. If you do, then the motor is knackered. The lock mechanism and locking motor are one complete assembly, and you have to break away some of the plastic casing to manually depress the latching pawl that engages on the rotary catch on the lock. If you can get hold of a new locking mechanism then this is easier to see and a good guess can be made on where to apply brute force to the old lock!
