Anyone out there with experience of eCar insurance UK

They give a very competitive quote but the web page looks a bit iffy. Not too confident on what happens if I have to make a claim.(Too) good Insurance deals

Everyone's circumstances are different - each claim is different. It would be impossible for someone to give you advice. for information on what happens if you nee to make a claim - phone the company. What else do you think you do?
Just tried a few made up details there.
It really is cheap.
They've been around the bike world a bit longer - I've got my bike with them - at the time they seemed to be building a good name, with others reporting that they pay out OK.
Might be worth a google on ebike insurance problems?
