A mate of mine has a Toyota townace 2.0L Diesel automatic which starts fine and drives fine except immedaitely after starting. For the first 2 mins it is very sluggish, so much so that you can put your foot to the floor and it will still only move as if on tick-over.
He tried leaving it for 2mins on tickover and found it is then fine.
Any suggestions welcome, Tim
