Does any one out there have experience in repairing the 2 catches that hold the rear seat in place on a 1998 Corsa? I cannot release it to drop it down or push it right back into place. Is it a spring that fails and is a replacement easily obtainable.? Thanks in anticipation. Texas Tom

I had exactly the same problem on a corsa I had and fixed it pretty easily. As i remember something had just come loose behind the plastic square part where the curved bar slides into when the seats go fully back.
Sorry cant help any more but its about 3 years ago, id struggle enough to remember if it was last week!
