Radiator slight leak on top plastic inlet pipe. What are the chances of repairing this and if so what would you use?

Worth a try. Use Araldite type Epoxy resin, the slow cure high-strength variety, not the rapid cure. Degrease and dry the area thoroughly before applying the adhesive.
