Hi there. I recently bought a really smooth running T5 Volvo. Yeah it went like shit of shovel for 3 weeks and then I changed the fuel to ordinary unleaded, also had set alarm off just before problem was noticed and now it runs lumpy as anything. Any Ideas?

Try it back on some super or optimax. However it shouldnt be running lumpily, just performance will be less on the regualr 95 octane.
Tell us what year it is, and we'll tell you if its possible to manually read any fault codes. (i.e. without an obdii scan tool)

Has it been chipped? most reprogrammed T5s will not run smooth on 95 ron. A standard T5 should be smooth and quick on 95, quicker on 97/98 ron.
