The petrol (if there was any left) is probably toast by now, so you may want to drain & re-fill.
Change the oil & filter.
I've heard some say to remove the spark plug leads, disconnect the fuel pump relay (or do something similar to stop fuel getting into the cylinders), squirt a little oil into each bore, and then turn it over until the oil pressure light goes out.
Re-fit plugs, leads & fuel pump, and turn it over.
If you search google groups, the question has been asked before, and someone gave some _very_ good advice.
