What would cause this to happen?

PUG 306 2.0 XSi stalling on start up. When the engine is warm it's ok, doesn't stall.

Lambda sensor, or summit else?

Ps. it has a new stepper motor and new engine coolant sensor, and from what I can see no vacuum leaks.

Recheck for vacuum leaks, clean and reset throttle plate area (remove the ring of carbon which will have formed just behind the butterfly)

Check TPS voltage with throttle closed.

Re learn adapted ecu values (disconnect battery) Perform learn cycle- start from cold without accelorator, allow to warm fully, allow fan to cycle twice, then drive normally 5-10miles.

Tim..

Ok will do. Many thanks for info.
