The woman has a habit of putting her foot in her mouth. If true that could well make it a matter for the proceeds of crime act.

Apparently she's on Daybreak in the morning.
She does take the biscuit. Regretting the twitter, but not apparently felling a cyclist. Her biggest regret - so far. More to come . . .

But a traffic violation is not the same as a crime. The accident was not made with intend.
Given they're both criminal offence WTF are you on about?
