Ok, so don't laugh...just where is the 'check engine' light in a 1990 Eunos Roadster 1.6 ???
Have looked all over the dash...

Between the tach and speedometer there's a rectangular plastic lens covering
4 indicator light positions--the one on the lower left is the check engine light. It should come on when the key is in the run position, before starting the engine; if not then the bulb may be burned out...
There isn't one on early JDM Roadsters.

Have since been told that there is a way of wiring an LED to the ECU which will give the error reports...many thanks!
