Would you believe that it has been over 2 years since I have made an Ebay purchase?
The actual listing part is not hard, especially after doing it a few times, it is collecting the money and shipping that can be a pita.
Right now I only have 3 items listed, so they are easy to manage, not too many questions about them, etc. That changes when I get 50 or more auctions up at once.
A lot depends on what you are selling. If it is used, and you want happy customers, you have to really look things over well and describe them accurately. My feedback often says "better than described" because I mention any flaw that I can find no matter how small. I have found that and sending the items out quickly to be more important than anything else.
I still haven't really figured it out, but if you have any questions, I will be glad to help if I can, and I won't even charge you the way that Ebay does for EVERY service they offer. :-)
