Hey all,
In planning for a winter rebuild (1.6 in a '90), $96 is the lowest I've found for a complete gasket set.
Anyone lower? Is the set complete as you eye it? It appears to be OEM.

Guess I should have been more specific. Gasket set for a head removal and rework. Are the cam oil rings and valve seals in that set? A plastic bag I've read usually contains the valve seals, and one is pictured. The o-ring inside the right hand hole of the head gasket seems to be for the cams?
Thanks, Doug
Hi.
Only $89 from me, and comes with limited satisfaction assurance.
No. But mine comes in a tube and will produce any gasket you need.
Mine is high performance, as used by countless satisfied race shops.

I paid $163 from Trussville Mazda for a factory head set for my 1.8. It included cam seals, front crank seal, valve seals, valve cover gasket, thermostat gasket (I think), head gasket, intake and exhaust gaskets; maybe something else I'm forgetting. It did NOT include the cam (crank) angle sensor o-ring (WHY NOT?!?!).
Couldn't tell you if the set in the link is factory or not, although it looks like a composite head gasket and my factory 1.8 one was riveted metal.

Are you serious Leon? Is there a liquid gasket now that's good enough to dispense with a traditional gasket in the critical areas?
Doug
Head gasket, cam seals, valve seals, cam angle sensor o-ring, everything in one tube of miracle goo!! ;)
