I have just bought a 1989 MX-6 with a faulty 3rd gear syncro ( it will crunch going into 3rd on a downshift). Is this gearbox the same as ones fitted to the Mazda 626 or the Ford Telstar. All are 2.2 litre fuel injected but only some are turbo charged. Thanks, Bob.
