Anybody has any experience with Consumer Reports and Fighting Chance services to find out invoice prices and current incentives for new cars? what is your opinion?

No, because the information is all over the web at no cost.
Go to Edmunds.com. They provide MSRP, Invoice, and what others are paying in your area. Along with a ton of other auto related stuff.
