My left rear window went down the other day and wouldn't go up. THe motor sounds good, but I heard something break inside the door. Took the door panel off (these instructions are good

and found a broken piece of plastic in the bottom of the door.

I didn't see anything on the disassembly site that looked like that piece. But I also noted that the regulator cable is loose.Any input is appreciated. Thanks in advance.
