The suction function (assisted door locking function) stopped operating for the driver's door and truck. Any advice on what could be the cause for this failure and how to fix it? Thanks!

Try looking in the trunk fuse box. Look for the one that operates the door and trunk closures. It is probably #9. Pull it out for about 30 sec. Then put it back in. Try the door and trunk closures then. If that fixes it, you may have a leaky pump and you need to either repeat the fuse resetting or get it fixed. Good Luck!!!!

Pull out the fuse for the door lock and see if it reset the problem... if not, then check the vacuum hose by the pump to see if it is loose.
