These pieces of crap are worn down to the silver underneath the flimsy rubber. Does anyone know if new ones can be ordered anywhere (volume knob)

Contact your local dealer. Don't you have the steering wheel controls on a 2000? Just curious as to when that feature was added.
It was added in 2000.
