Everybody: What are your thoughts on this SD? Is that too many miles?

Seller claims engine was rebuilt 30K miles ago (verify), body and interior look decent. After these miles you ought to figure on buying a transmission. Throw away the K&N Filter and install an OEM filter.
The suspension will have some wear and that's shop work, not DIY so have a M-B shop do a prepurchase inspection before the cash passes hands.
