Lithium Grease in engine oil - good

100-300 ml. of Lithium Grease in your engine is good and keeps it running smooth.

Also ad some vaseline like 300 ml.

And perhaps 300 ml. ATF oil.

Then just fill up with a good 10/40 oil.

I wonder it wouldn't damage the engine. Any expert can comment on it?

Mercedes does not recommend ANY oil additives. So simply, why do this? Use a decent quality mineral or synthetic oil, change it and the filter regularly.
