185 BHP at 6200 RPM in the Euro Non-Kat Version
125kW with cat, 136kW without cat..

Notice the units(kW and hp) in the previous answers. In fact they are all correct.
The 190 E 2.3-16 existed in three different levels of tune depending on the market and year of production:
Version with catalytic converter:
125 kW (= 170 PS = 167 hp) at 5800 rpmVersion ready to accept a catalytic converter at a later date:
130 kW (= 177 PS = 174 hp) at 5800 rpmVersion without catalytic converter:
136 kW (= 185 PS = 182 hp) at 6200 rpmKeep the following conversions in mind:
1 kW = 1.36 PS (PS = metric system horsepower unit)1 kW = 1.34 hp (hp = English system horsepower unit)
