I HAVE RECENTLY PURCHASED THE ABOVE AND HAVE PROBLEMS OPENING THE BOOT IT SEEMS LIKE THE LOCK IS NOT RELEASING. CAN ANYONE GIVE ME ADVISE BEFORE WE TAKE IT TO THE GARAGE

If you recently bought it, have the dealer tell you how to open it... If the alarm has been triggered, it will lock the trunk until the alarm has resetted.
