This navigation unit lost power after the battery was recharged. Can't fine any defective fuse related to this unit.
Decided to remove the unit and that is apparently very easy except that I can't fully remove the decorative plate that is apparently secured by some mysteriously device on either side of the stick shift. The top and bottom of the same plate are off but stay secured in the center.
The navigation unit is the type that plays 6 CDs(not DVD) located under the rear shelf on the back of the driver's seat,
Is there any publication or available instructions that would help removing that plate?
