Are there any major changes between 2004 and 2006
I am thinking of buying a 2004 AMG and I love the lines of the SL500

There shouldn't be... mid year redesign is like 4 or 5 years apart.
The major changes are, well, very tiny that it's really easy to overlook them.
Why are you so obsessed about the difference between 2004 and 2006?
