do all W126s use the same cruise control amp? i have a 1984 300SD that needs a new cc amp and want to know if it will accept one from gasoline models.
anyone know a good source for guaranteed used/rebuilt cc amp?

Not same. Go to mbcoupes.com and look under part supplier. There are three of them... the one in Colorado is the great one.
Hav you tried repairig it ? Just use a hot soldering iron to touch every single solder connection on the board. This fixes
