You'll need to re-fill the master cylinder and bleed off the air in the system. I'd suggest fixing the leak too.

First thing is to confirm that the reservoir is low and to find where the fluid's gone. Peel back the lip of the slave cylinder dust cover and it will probably be wet, or the master cylinder could be leaking - you'll see it where the pushrod goes in if it is. Clutch flexible hoses rarely leak, though they sometimes "fur up" and act almost as one-way valves. I'd try honing the bores and fitting a seal kit before shelling out for a new master or slave cylinder, but I'd definitely fit a new flexible hose unless I knew the one on wasn't very old if I had to remove the slave cylinder.

Ideally, cure the leak before you go any further, but if you need to drive the car a short way you could try refilling and bleeding. You might, just might, get away with refilling and leaving it to stand for any bubbles to escape, but I wouldn't bank on it.
