What do I need to remove the white scratches with out damaging the paint? The scratches are not very deep but I would like to remove them. Any suggestions, would greatly be apperciated.

So you finally got around to buying a car? Congratulations!
I would normally recommend a short series of very light applications of mothers products (or Meguires equivalent) along with a good high-speed orbital buffer, but if you are asking in here what to use I'm worried it would do more damage than good. Best bet, take it back where you got it and have them get the marks out.
