Just three years old and you think it needs a cam belt? You car has done what, 60,000km? Its unlikely to need a belt yet unless theres been some catastrophic problem.

Anyway, you need

- cam timing belt

- MAYBE balance shaft belt, water pump and perhaps two belt tensioner bearings.

Labour? Baring other problems, it should take a competent mechanic 1.5 to 3 hours MAXIMUM to remove all the old parts and put in the new. You may be quoted about 4 hours: if so ask exactly why it should take so long? If the answer is that there's a lot of stuff to move out of the way, go some place else. The Spacewagon is not crampted for space in the engine bay.
