The rules allow us all to obtain a 13 month MOT if a vehicle passes its test
1 month before the old one expires.
But can the same apply to a vehicle 2 years and 11 months old (i.e. 1 month before its first MOT)?

Cheers, and I thought of that straight after I'd posted it. I did FGI just after and didn't instantly come up with anything and thought "ah well, someone might answer my usenet post anyway".
