Physically i think they will go on - however they are the utterley wrong offset, which will lead to many other problems (handling issues, tyre wear, possible scrub etc etc).
So no :) Although i think spacers can be used in this case, but i could be wrong....

They won't.
Peugeot and Citroen have their own unique fitting - 4x108 PCD, with an offset of ET15.
Whilst Ford use the same 4x108 PCD, the centre-bore is very slightly different, and the offset is a very different ET35.
So if the centre bore on the ford alloys is larger they'd physically fit, and with a 20mm spacer they'd even have the correct offset :)
Spacers are a popular option, if you can't find any your not looking :)
Yep. But, you've then got two problems :
- The wheel won't be centrally located by the spiggot - it will be held in place (probably not totally centrally) by the bolts alone.
- You'll need extra-long bolts (20mm longer in fact) to clear the spacer.
