Any BMW specialist tuners?

One of the guys at work (salesdrone) has an M3 that he has had for a year.

He wants more power. After watching 2F2F, he decided he wanted NOS, but Wizard of Nos said they couldn't do it because of the SMG gearbox (I've since found out they said they had never actually done one with an SMG gearbox, so I reckon they didn't want him to be a guinea pig with an exploded box).

He still wants to go quicker, I gave him a link to Grasshopper prosport, but they are mainley big power Jap tuners. Any suggestions for getting more form an M3? Don't say trade it in for a Superlight model, he has more moey than sense, but still has some sense.

Supercharger conversion? Worked nicely on my cousins M3, nice power curve, only downside is the huge expense. Circa £4.5k I seem to recall

Can I take issue with the term "superlight"? My definition of superlight (and it must be right - it's mine!) is

Given that the M3 has had engine reliability issues, I'm not sure I'd want to increase the power. Just how many BHP per litre does he think you can go to on a road car with reliability?

If you can afford to own and run an M3, then 4.5K is hardly gonna stretch the budget !
