I take it, it has dried up now, now that all the Ladas have gone, and the germans have worked out they can shunt all the T.U.V rejects to russia and eastern europe then?

That and the minor problem of the Russians stripping them while they were on boats and pushing the bits they didn't want into the sea, yep.
It's called long term storage. 10 years from Now Fiat will dredge it up, and their Polish plants will use it to make cars.
