Am getting approx 5 spams about this per day - probabley a sign they are desparate to sell it and its not too hot. I wass told it relyes on wavelength of light from camera and if these changes then device gets less good. Any coments? joe

Wavelength of light from the camera? ROFL. They use a board spectrum flash.

They're spammers and selling worthless crap.
It's the basis for the existence of spam, that some people are mugged into buying the stuff they're pushing. Whether they are happy, is irrelevant to the spammers, who keep pushing it at everyone, happy customers or not.
I could go into detail about why the Viagra lot have no competition from the sort of companies that actually sell the stuff.

Sell? That implies an exchange takes place, usually cash for goods or services. The usual one way transfer of cash from mug to spammer is not selling, it's stealing.
