right guys whats the current regs on exhausts?
thinking of a single box side exit sticking out just behind the back wheel on the rat cav.
Anyone offer some guidance on the law and MOT time with this?

I have a few cars with side exit exhausts now. All minimalist sports cars right enough. (Sylva, Locost, Robin Hood x2) Side exit in itself doesn't cause a problem.
Make it stick out before the rear wheel, not after :P
Why would you want it to stick out of the side after the wheel rather than just out the back? I can just about see the point of a side exit in front of the rear wheel but not behind.
Maybe because he is a complete dick head?
