Aren't you being a little optimistic? Vamp usually has to go outside to read the badges to remember what he's driving ;)

There was a post from vamp asking if anyone had heard of these shitty new "champion" spark plugs and if he should risk trying.

I wonder if he fitted them in the end. (c:

I've been reliably informed that xr3i spark plugs will improve the efficiency of your engine.

You've obviously never tried it then. I bought the Westfield in London and drove it up to the north of Scotland, when I picked it up I found the pedals were too close together with the shoes I had on. By the time I got home my feet were absolutely killing me and I must have drove the last 150 miles without changing gear or braking. You'd be surprised how much pressure you have to put on a clutch or brake pedal to operate them when you have no shoes on.

I'll have to check that, I've been doing it for years, never had a problem .Thanks for the tip though!

Never driven a Westfield but I have driven without shoes on a few occasions without many problems then again I have quite a light clutch.

A westfield has no servo on the brakes so it will probally be much heavier on the pedal than a normal car!

Hmm, this must vary from car to car. I didn't realise there was a shoe requirement, though, I shall need to check for that as I quite like doing barefoot driving in hot summer.

I did have a problem with my feet swelling up, and was driving with no boots on regularly, had to wear soft work boots to avoid getting shoes stuck on swollen feet, and the boots were way too large to drive in, so I was routinely driving barefoot. Just as well I didn't have a shunt, by the sound of it. I must email my insurers and find out if my policy says this.

Yeah I just like driveing around naked in the summer... wonder what my insurers will say?

They'll probably projectile vomit in the same vein as the jam-tasting ladies off Little Britain did when they found out the jam was made by a lesbian/homeless person.
