just dreams though and i aint sure i could live with a car that would kill me if i took a corner at faster than 20mph :)

That sounds like a rangerover on stilts ;)
Make sure whichever Land Rover parts specialist you rapidly become on first name terms with runs a loyalty card scheme.
I do hope it's LPG...

It is LPG yes. The kit second hand is worth most of what I paid for it.
Excellent.
At least you'll be able to fund some of the impending repairs then...

Yup. Sold the Octavia for =A31200, got the Rangie for =A3560 Needs an MOT sorting at the end of the month, but it is pretty solid and=20 not too incontinent.

Is it turning out to be what you hoped it would?
It is turning out to be what I expected, more than what I hoped.
A little shabbier and handles like a tractor on Castors. But with that much lift, it would do.
Once MOT'd I decide what I want to do. The idling issue with LPG with a big factor, but not a killer. I can try a couple of fairly inexpensive experiments before things get costly.
