Yes, I've been and collected the 216 GTi today, and it's a veritable bargain.
Has a full bolt in Safety Devices rollcage including door bars, full harnesses, and the engine is an absolute peach - revs more freely than a standard 216 GTi / CRX (and they're not exactly slow to rev), and has a fair amount more power.
Appears to have done around 35mpg as well, so it's all good really. :-)
Roll on the spring - unless I do end up clearing off to Oz in the meantime, this is definitely going on a few track days. :-)
