No, as he stated Mainland UK, some people seem to think it cost more to send things to N Ireland by Royal Mail, it doesn't, better wording would have been,
"£5.50 Royal Mail recorded, says Dan"
No it wouldn't; Dan said "£5.50 registered post to anywhere in Mainland UK" and I couldn't be arsed to check otherwise.
