why do you want to do that ?
To rev it higher?

Doesn't have to achieve anything. He wants to remove the limit to revving, so I assume he wants to rev higher.

What would be the point in this?! Power drops off long before it reaches the limiter. All you'll do is make your conrods drop off sooner ha ha!
