No, all over Europe people collect and restore tanks and similar hardware. My friend has a fully functioning SCUD missile launcher (no warheads) when the Brits invaded Iraq they asked him if they could borrow his launcher to use for training.

Sadly that HGV exporters at Leavesley has got shut of all its ex Soviet ICBM launchers it had.

Shame, a lot of decent stuff has disappeared (been wrecked) from the breakers on Whale Island as well.

A place I used to work at kept a slack handful of Warsaw pact stuff, we used to test weapons sysems on them in a non-destructive way. I always felt a degree of pity for anyone in them since their construction mostly meant once seen, twice dead.
