Gauges are so cool :) Get lots, that all peak for a second when you start the engine :)

You will be thinking of defi gauges, yes about £150 a gauge for very cool. Plus you need the Defi link controller for the wiring and to synch the gauges spinning and that ain't cheap either.

How do you go about plumbing in the oil guages ?

Usually add a 1/8th BSP (or metric equiv) T piece onto the oil pressure=20 switch thread and add the original switch in there with the gauge, with=20 a second one for the temp gauge, although that might not be accurate for=20 temps that high up the engine.

Might need to get a thread on filter take off sandwich plate, sits=20 between the block and the filter and includes two take offs for gauges.

Space is a bit tight though, so I may fit both the gauges and power=20 them, but only plumb in the pressure gauge off a T piece until I can=20 locate a filter sandwich plate, and a remote filter kit ( will give more=20 room for oil changes and actually help cool the oil too, as the filter=20 is sat almost under the turbo, and mounted upside down). Always nice to=20 scare yourself with bad oil pressure on an old high miles engine.
