That 2.0 engine should see 300bhp no problems, when they start hitting mainstream we will see how the tuners start maxing them.

Clearly a space-saver is the better of the two options - it's hardly "tight" of them to supply it as standard !

Even better still, is a can of tyre-weld. It's madness to carry around a spare wheel and tyre all the time, that you're never likely to use.

Infact, you don't even need the tyre-weld - your breakdown service will happily take you to the nearest tyre-fitter if you ever lose a tyre.

They didn't.

The engine itself got a few tweaks in 2000. The '97 to '00 cars got the earlier 194bhp version, and the '00 onwards cars got the 210bhp version. This applies to both the Coupe and the normal 406 :)

Astra GSi ? Isn't that made in Germany ? (Or does that not count)
