Probably not a good move!

At a guess, I would say yes.

There will be no suspension if the engine isn't turning the pump. It is like driving a car that has had the springs taken out and is riding on the rubber bump stops, and the exhaust will scrape at any available opportunity. Oh, and there'll be no power assistance to the steering and the brakes won't work. At all.

You could tow it in gear, but that's unlikely to be any good for the car doing the towing.

You could jack it up and put a bread crate under each wheel?
