The picture of the yellow GT with the black stripes in the '05 brochure sure looks cool! For what it's worth, my brother-in-law (in his 40s) said if he was getting an '05 Mustang, he'd definitely get the Screaming Yellow one, and he'd have the dealer put the Ford stripes on it as well. I'd prefer to be a little more subtle myself, and have a Satin Silver GT on order, no stripes. I am getting the red leather seat option, however, so that will be kind of "loud."

But if you like the attention you're getting with the new car, then you'd probably get even more if you added the stripes. Maybe some unwanted attention even, like from Johnny Law. ;-)

I have a son-in-law who is already telling me I can increase the horsepower up to about 380 with "only a blower and a K&N filter." I have no idea what he's talking about, and can't see why anyone would want even more horsepower from this think. It's a screamer as it is! (Of course, being a 60 year-old who's driven a pickup for the past ten years, my judgement may be cloudy!)
