Hi,I need a bit of help from anyone with a 69FB. I want to make sure of putting the weatherstrip in the right place,but i can't find any decent enough pictures that i can use as a guide.(The ones in parts mags are pretty generic and vague) When i got the car,the w/s was virtually all gone,but i'm pretty much sure where it all goes.I have done the trunk w/s ,no problem there,and I've done the felt bits which go along the top of the door that sandwich the door glass to stop it rattling. I will be doing the door opening siderails,that should be no problem,but the one i need help with is the door weatherstrip,the one that goes down and under the door.Also,Isn't there another straight piece which screws to the underside of the door ? I seem to remember taking one off last year,and if so i need to get a replacement
Would anyone be able to take and send me any close up photos of their car to show me where the door weatherstrip fits,showing the ends and the route that it takes?
Like i said,i am fairly sure but i want to make certain.I get the feeling that if it dosen't go on right,the door won't close,or i'll end up with a draft or something.
Please let me know if any of you can do this .
