Now that Ford has Shelby back in their camp, do you think the new Ford GT will get the proper GT-40 name when it debuts? Isn't Shelby the one who owns the GT-40 name?

Nope, some other group trademarked GT-40, although it seems to me this should not be allowed by any reasonable trademark law. See
