I'm looking for a place to do some mods to my 03 gt vert. For starters, sub frame connectors, new shifter (Steeda). Can anyone recomend a place?

Install the shifter yourself. It's real easy. Waste of $$ to pay somebody else to do it.

Yep, about 30-45 minutes to install. Where in central jersey are ya? we could do beers during the install :) Of course, that can increase installation time exponentially.
