Why are you going to put cheap parts in your car... well "cheapest" anyway?

Im on a budget, and want my stang to be louder than stock, with a bit extra horses.....
Then buy the x-pipes without the cats and install the stock stuff when the time for emission testing is near. That's the cheapest way to go.

Is any cutting/welding required to install an X-pipe or H-pipe?

I wouldn't imagine so... I mean from the header | x/h-pipe | muffler
