Fabulous Fords Forever Show

One of the best Knotts Berry Farms Ford shows IMHO. Many of the cars I've seen there before and a whole bunch of new ones showed. The new 05 was there, and it is stunning! Some of you who criticize it, need your heads examined. I was really impressed by one Ford RS 200 IMSA racer from 1982. It was a full tubular car with a carbon fiber body, powered by a small Ford Cosworth turbo'd four banger, putting out over 800 horsees. It was four wheel drive, and only weighed 1600 give or take a few lbs. Take that Honda!

There was one 66 FB Mustang and one kit Cobra, each packed a 427 SOHC "Cammer" There were Boss nines, 302's, 2000 Cobra "R"s and course there were those Mustangs with the big stereo's, gaudy paint and interior's and those stupid clear tail lights. Barf I posted some pics but some might be kind of large so (DUW) One other interesting car, I thought, was this Lady's old Comet. Had a straight 6 250 that was turbocharged. Didn't ask her all the details but it was kind of cool. Enjoy

I thought it was a great show too. The Cobras lined up in the garden/duck pond area was pretty cool

I don't know too much about the 64.5 - 68 years, but there were alot of great cars. I stayed until 3:00 to watch and hear everyone leave the lot.

Did you happen to see the un-restored HiPo 289 K-code (65?) driven from Pasadena? It was about 99% original. That sure was interesting to see.
