I just noticed that my '03 Mach 1 has a hydraulic booster system (Hydroboost) instead of using a vacuum booster. I'm pretty sure my '99 GT used a vacuum booster. Is the Hydroboost system also used on the '03 GTs or is it a Mach 1 (Cobra?) feature?

You will find the Hydraboost on ALL the 4.6 V8 Mustangs from 96-03 regardless of GT/Cobra/Mach1. There is no booster/valve cover clearance to run a standard booster. All V6's have the vacuum booster.
